Among them, the primary pulverization process is simple and the equipment investment is small, but its disadvantage is that the processing results of the pulverized material may have uneven particle size and high power consumption. And another kind of crushing treatment process can make up for this shortcoming well. With this process, the finished product processed by the feed processing machinery has the same particle size, high output and low energy consumption, but its equipment investment is large. Therefore, most animal feed production line use a single-stage crushing process currently. In compound feed, pellets generally account for 60%-70%. When choosing a feed crusher machine, the production capacity of the crusher is generally greater than the production needs of the feed factory, and the time saved is used for maintenance and replacement of wearing parts. It should be noted that in order to complete the production work more quickly, it is generally required to prepare at least two storage bin to be crushed in advance. If there are many kinds of pellets, they should be increased appropriately. Under normal circumstances, its storage capacity should not be less than the output of feed crusher machine for 2-4 hours to reduce the number of start-ups of crushing. In addition,we also need considered that during the operation of feed crusher machine , the feeding device is very important. For small feed factories with low automation, manual gates are often used to control the feeding amount. Large-scale feed production line often use impeller-type or spiral-type automatic control feeders, whose speed are adjustable and the feeding amount can be changed. The better control method is to use a negative feedback circuit to control the feeder's feeding through the current of the crusher. At the same time, it is also necessary to match a suitable batching warehouse in the production system. Generally speaking, it is necessary to install conveying equipment on the top of the batching bin. The conveying equipment includes two types of rotary distributor and screw conveyor. The main function is to accurately distribute the crushed materials and the auxiliary materials that do not need to be crushed. The workshop space is required higher, which can avoid cross-contamination.
