Job Title: Lounge Manager Location: Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt Job Descriptions Develop marketing strategies for the lounge Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to customers' complaints. Manage and oversee the lounge and restaurant operations Take the initiative to improve the lounge. Plan and develop an overall marketing strategy Nurture a positive working environment Initiate corrective actions Control costs and minimize waste. Requirements Minimum 6 years' proven working experience in the hospitality industry Must have at least 4 years' experience in a managerial position. Strong background in lounge and restaurant business Must be social media savvy Confident, smart and a team player Excellent communication skills Time and financial management skills Available to work in Port Harcourt.
