Gordons Urges for communal harmony in Ughelli South The Senior Special Assistant on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution to the Delta State Governor Olorogun (Dr) Samson Gordons Okomitie (JP) has urged the People of Ughelli South to supported peace in their communities. Gordons made this known during One Day Stakeholders Sensitization Workshop at Ughelli South organized by Chief. Edwin Uzor (JP) Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution. According to Gordons, Peace will enhances development if supported by everyone. "As a People, it is our duty to make sure there is peace in our communities. We all want Developments in our various communities but it won't be possible in a place where there is no peace. We are all critical pillars in peace building and as the Delta State Government led by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is working hard in making sure there is Development in our communities, we must endeavour to support him by making sure there is peace in our communities." Speaking further, Gordons urged the People to be law abiding by exhibiting the spirit of peace, love and brotherhood to foster communal harmony.
