I recall when we were growing up in the late eighties up to the early nineties, it was a popular advice and often taught in school that for a good health, we must bathe three times in a day, i.e. Morning, afternoon and night, while brushing of the teeth should be twice a day, i.e. morning and night. Actually, under the care and guidance of our parents/guardians then, we occasionally observe these prescriptions, but now I doubt if we, as adults still observe them. Do you still observe these prescriptions? Do you even teach your children to observe these routine practices? As for me, I only brush in the morning, and at nights occasionally when my mouth is "somehow"; while I bathe only twice in a day, i.e. morning and night. The same practice that my children do.
