Is it possible to be happy and still suffer from suffering? Is it possible to find true happiness and still find suffering and misery? What is the difference between being happy and being in a suffering world? The answer to these questions may surprise you. I have learned some things about happiness and suffering that have changed my view of it. One of the things that I have found is that there are no bad or good people in a suffering world. There are only individuals that have chosen to have a bad day. These people may be poor, sick, or even mentally ill. The fact of the matter is that there is no such thing as "good" or "bad" in a suffering world. True happiness and true suffering exist together in harmony. So how do we choose to be happy in a suffering world? The most important thing that I have found is that there is no one way to be happy. Everyone is unique and has different needs and wants. We all have access to the same tools and resources. Instead of looking for one way to have happiness, it is more important to focus on finding ways to use all of our resources to create happiness. By doing this we can realize both pleasure and suffer simultaneously. If we work on living in harmony with all of our resources and people we will see true and lasting happiness become a part of our lives. When we are suffering and miserable, we often focus on one aspect of our life. Instead of looking at all of the negative aspects and the things that make us sad, and frustrated we tend to only look at one aspect of our lives and that is our suffering. This is not healthy. In fact, it is harmful to our spirit and relationships in general. The first step to working toward happiness is to understand and learn how to appreciate all of the good things that people bring into our life. It may be adding music to our day, building bridges, or providing food for our families. These things make life worth living. Unfortunately, many of the negative aspects of life make it seem like we are miserable. However, by changing our perspective we can begin to see people as more than suffering, broken, or bad. Instead, we can begin to see them as people who are in need of love, assistance, and resources. The second step to creating lasting happiness is to find and use tools that will allow us to focus on the positive things about people instead of dwelling on the negative. For instance, when people come to your office to talk to you about the problems they often bring with them a lot of negative energy. Instead of dwelling on these negative attributes, you can focus on the positive things that each person brings to your life, such as connections to other people, the knowledge that you have something valuable to teach them, or even that you can help them change certain behaviors that are detrimental to themselves and others. By changing our focus we are able to see people in a more positive light. Although suffering and happiness are often times hard to achieve, with the right support people can work together to find meaning and joy in everyday life. With the right tools and information, people can overcome challenges and pain and find lasting happiness. With the right support, people can take control of their experience and begin working towards reaching true satisfaction and true happiness.
