I used/loaded my GLO line in January. I was warned that not recharging by May would lead to deactivation...but 1st of April when I tried linking the NIN, I found out it has been deactivated... This is an old number -080 I've been using since 2005 which is also linked to my email. I kept it aside when I got a new phone with a smaller SIM slot which made me to get a new GLO SIM that fits into the slot... When I mailed their customer care on social media, I was told that the government's ban on activation of SIM is still effective...so I asked, why did you deactivate my line when you know activation ban is still on?? How do I resolve this pls!
