Am Suffering Unexplainable Weight Loss Since 2016
Good day guys, since 2016 I have been suffering unexplainable weight loss that now made me wear 3 trousers and at least 2 shirts just to hide my weight loss from people. I have gone for HIV test 3 times now it came out negative, I did blood culture it also came out well I pls am going thin every day please I need help, my urine is dark, I have a pain under my foot for two year now if I match the ground with force I feel the pain is like a sore under my foot, I was a chronic mastubator but I stop two years ago just to see if I will increase insize but to avail 2017 I had high fever that made me not to sleep for 4 good days I almost lost my life then. please am worried weight loss is given me consigned pls I need help please. am not the one o a brother that narrate is situation to me so I told him I will post it on naijaworld weather there is any form of help
