Regularly performing abdominal exercises can be a very good way to achieve the flat abdominal effect that you dream of. Yes, you can get those beautifully cut muscles. However, this is only possible if you are committed to doing them well enough. Try some bellybuttles... What does the art of making bellybuttles look like? First lie on your back, bend your knees and braid your hands in the back of your head at the height of your ears. Lift the upper back up to the shoulder blades. Remember that during this movement the lower part of the spine - the lumbar spine - should not be torn off the mat or floor. The belly may not be made to the end, which is a common mistake when making it. When the chest is lifted, endure for a moment and then return to the original position. This exercise should only focus on the abs. Do this simple for few days for noticable result.
