Pls Help Me!

Guys pls no insults. I have had this since when I was younger and it almost 2 decades now. I'm an apprentice and a student,since when I was younger I have always had bad breath,I have tried everything ranging from brushing trice a day to chewing ginger and every other concoctions(herbal) but I have not really tried going to a dentist cos I don't have the money for the treatment. Pls I'm in ph and I want to know how much it will cost for me to get a cure,so that I will put in my 2021 budget. Pls ur help will really be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
