Real Madrid is reportedly back in the race to sign Paul Pogba with the France World Cup winner having a huge decision to make over his future. Pogba is in the final year of his contract at Manchester United and could walk away for nothing in the summer. Pogba helped France win the Nations League last weekend United paid Juventus £89million back in 2016 – smashing the British transfer record – to bring the midfielder back to the club after he left as a teenager. He made his name in Turin, but it has been an up and downtime at Old Trafford, and may walk away again on a free transfer. There have been glimpses of his brilliance, but he has not shown that regularly as he does for France. Pogba has also fallen out with previous United managers, most notably Jose Mourinho, while his agent, Mino Raiola, has often stirred up the speculation.
