IMMORTALIZING THE VIRTUES OF AN ACHIEVER PER EXCELLENCE AS WE CELEBRATE THE BIRTHDAY OF GOVERNOR UMAHI @ 58 There comes a moment in the lifetime of a people when a charismatic leader is born, richly endowed with divine leadership gifts and driven by a commitment for service to provide transformational leadership that will change the narrative of his people. This is the case with the Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi, FNSE, FNATE (Akubaraoha). Born on the 25th day of July, 1963 at Nigeria’s most populous salt community, Uburu, Governor Umahi has attained enviable track records and accomplishments that are worthy of celebration. He has been a divine instrument for the actualization of the dreams of the Founding Fathers of Ebonyi State as exemplified in the virtues of his leadership principles and the core values of his Divine Mandate administration, including his hallmarks in human and infrastructural development which have made Ebonyi State to be truly the 'Salt of the Nation, his unwavering commitment to positive change in the psyches and lives of the good people of Ebonyi State and his exceptional devotion to the ideals of the Founding Fathers, and for which we give God all the glory. We therefore owe humanity a duty to celebrate the virtues of this colossus, rare statesman and pillar of national unity, His Excellency, Engr. Umahi as he marks glorious accomplishments at the age of 58 years.
