Unethical Act By Gtbank Umuahia

My Aunt opened an account with gtbank in Portharcourt after selling her property and lodged sum good amount of money in the bank. She used one of her sister's daughter as next of kin as she does not have a child. She entrusted me with the responsibility of withdrawing and using the money to build a house for her and take care of her as she is diabetic. To my greatest surprise, gtbank Umuahia restricted the account without any reason. I went to the bank with the woman and they refused to lift the restriction. Instead, they asked her to sign a transfer form without including the details of were d transfer is going under the pretence that is part of lifting the restriction. I'm suspecting that they want to defraud this woman. Pls lawyers in the house, what can she do to get her money as she is diabetic and very sick
