Egg white (4) Vanilla flavor (1tbsp) Icing sugar (8 tbsp.) Gelatin (1/2 tbsp.) Evaporated milk (1tin) Remove the yolk of the egg from the egg white. Whisk/beat the egg white from foamy to stiff peaks. Empty the milk into another bowl and whisk. Add icing sugar to milk and stir. Whisk till the icing sugar dissolves and is thick. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add the gelatin to the milk, mix together and pour the mixture into the whisked egg white. Add vanilla flavor or any flavor of your choice.
