After the Olympic Village Department of BOCOG was established in April 2020, it completed the milestone task on schedule; smoothly promoted the operation management, established three Winter Olympic Village operation teams, completed the preparation of venue operation plan, delegation head manual and relevant policies and procedures, standardized the operation risk list and emergency plan, deepened the preparation of venue facilities manual; strengthened the connection with the daily work of the Paralympic Games department, Coordinate and promote the construction of barrier free facilities in winter Paralympic Village. The next step of BOCOG will take the construction and operation of the Winter Olympic Village as the goal, take the milestone tasks of the Winter Olympic Games as the guidance, promote the construction of the Winter Olympic village step by step, strengthen the work communication and business exchange with the International Olympic Committee, continuously optimize the operation management, refine and improve the catering and accommodation services, and promote the implementation of logistics support.
