Ok I will keep this simple. I tried withdrawing about three days ago from a POS and got an error message on the POS machine. The POS person could not give me the money; meanwhile, I was debited I called Fidelity Trueserve immediately and they told me to wait 24 hours for an automatic reversal. 24 hours later, I called again and they told me that a manual reversal will be done and that it will take 7 to 9 days for that to be done. That completely displaced me. Right now I am both broke, stranded and depressed just because i tried to withdraw my money from a POS. I am so angry that I want to escalate this issue with them. Go to facebook, search for the page; "Businesses Companies and services review" and comment on the Fidelity post about your dispense error experience and reversal delay with Fidelity bank.
