First and foremost. I am from the Niger Delta and the Igbos are the closest relatives we have but the truth must be said without bias or favouritism.

Growing up, i never truly understood why people in Warri(Agbarho) would say "no one should sell land to Igbo man'. It was not hate, but something the Urhobo observed about the nature of the Igbo men wanting to snatch their lands and impose dominance.

I had a girlfriend at home before i gained admission into the university. Then one holiday, my girlfriend told me that same igbo man came to her and told her i wont marry her and that am promiscuous and was only using her, and so much more. The igbo man was troubling the little girl and because of her incessant complain of what the Igbo man was saying to her, i decided to stay off. I left the girl.

Still i never hated an entire tribe because of the evil of some of the people. I can say more than hundred of evil that igbo men had done to me and my family in Warri. One of such time, an igbo woman poisoned our dog, yes, we know she did it because she was our tenant and when the dog was vomiting, it was same thing she had on her. Plus, she had often threatened to kill the dog for invading her rented space.

It was very painful because that dog was our first dog and my elder brother bought me that dog the day i was born. I was about 10 when the dog died. Same years as the dog, i cried and for the first time in my life, i saw tears on my Dad's face.

Many years later, i went to lagos to stay with a friend. And one of those days, my car got broken and i decided to take public transport.

I got into one and while the car was still in transit, a man(presumably a yoruba man), did something that got a lady pissed off in the cab. I interfered and told the man his wrong and the next thing he said to me was "These Igbo boys, we go deal with all of ona..." i could read the hate on his expression. But i was no Igbo boy, as a matter of fact, i am an Urhobo boy, a tribe so complex that wont even sell a piece of land to Igbo or yoruba man.

So many tribes Hate Igbo and i don't imagine why. They are full of themselves and think the entire country revolves around them, they forget they are just one out of 250 ethnic group in Nigeria.

The yoruba man feels threatened by the existence of the Igbo man. I don't blame them. Even i feel repugnant at the character of many of them, mostly my current Neighbor that defames me at all opportunity.

But we must learn to co exist. The bad eggs are many but that doesnt mean we should throw away the entire basket. The Igbo man has wronged me even more than many people attacking them, bt i can't hate an entire ethnic group because 100s of them stepped on my toes.

Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has deemed the examinations held at two Enugu universities on April 9 and 10, 2024, as illegal, null, and void.

Professor Ishaq Akintola, the group's Executive Director, criticized the Nigerian Government's public holidays for taking exams, calling for their cancellation.

The University of Nigeria Enugu Campus and Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, have been accused of disregarding the Federal Government's holidays, conducting exams on Salah day, and holding tests on that day, causing outrage and calls for the minister of education to address the issue.

A Muslim-dominated North university conducted an examination or test during a Christmas or Easter holiday, causing alarm among authorities in the South-East. The university has declared the examinations and tests as illegal, illegitimate, unlawful, and unconstitutional.

The organization has called on the vice-chancellors of the two schools to ensure no student, regardless of religion, is sanctioned for missing the exams or tests.

The law states that no examination or test held on a public holiday can be recognized by any school, polytechnic, or university. The law does not recognize invigilators and candidates on public holidays. MURIC advises the two vice-chancellors, deans of erring faculties, and heads of departments to instruct lecturers to cancel the abnormal examinations and tests.

They hope no one will attempt to massages, as damage-control measures may be too late.

Above this surface was something that looked like a throne made of blue lapis lazuli. And on this throne high above was a figure whose appearance resembled a man. [27]From what appeared to be his waist up, he looked like gleaming amber, flickering like a fire. And from his waist down, he looked like a burning flame, shining with splendor. [28]All around him was a glowing halo, like a rainbow shining in the clouds on a rainy day. This is what the glory of the lord looked like to me. When I saw it, I fell face down on the ground, and I heard someone’s voice speaking to me. NLT.

How does God look like?
A lot of people may find this question useless. The reason for that being that no one has ever seen God and remain alive. So, how can we describe how He looks like? John 1:18: No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us. NLT. I am not trying to describe how God looks, I am trying to describe how his glory appears when he appears because no one can see Him with physical eyes. In my teaching titled; the glory of God. I described the appearance of God in form of what is called the glory of God. If anyone will see God, such person will see a dimension of his glory. Therefore, we can say that God appears in form of glory. What is the glory of God? The glory of God is his essence. It is the atmosphere and aura that his presence radiates. God has a majestic aura which is inseparable from him and as a result of this, glory cannot be separated from him, he is effortlessly glorious.

The next question is how does God show his glory? Here are some the ways He shows His glory.

1.	God shows His glory in form of light. 
God is light, his appearance comes in form of light to illuminate. Therefore, anyone who sees God’s light has seen the glory of God and by extension, he has seen God. 1 Peter 2:9: But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. NLT. 1 John 1:5: This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all. NLT.

2.	God shows His glory in form of fire: 
Exodus 3:1-3: One day Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian. He led the flock far into the wilderness and came to Sinai, the mountain of God. [2]There the angel of the lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the middle of a bush. Moses stared in amazement. Though the bush was engulfed in flames, it didn’t burn up. [3]“This is amazing,” Moses said to himself. “Why isn’t that bush burning up? I must go see it.” NLT.

Fire is one of the elements that is associated with the appearance and personality of God. The appearance of God can come in form of fire. Exodus 13:22: And the lord did not remove the pillar of cloud or pillar of fire from its place in front of the people. NLT. Hebrews 12:29: For our God is a devouring fire. NLT.

3.	God shows His glory in form of holiness: 
Isaiah 6:1-3: It was in the year King Uzziah died that I saw the Lord. He was sitting on a lofty throne, and the train of his robe filled the Temple. [2]Attending him were mighty seraphim, each having six wings. With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew.[3]They were calling out to each other, “Holy, holy, holy is the lord of Heaven’s Armies! The whole earth is filled with his glory!” NLT.

There are times in the Bible where the glory of God was revealed and holiness was discussed alongside his glory. From this knowledge, we know that part of His glory is holiness. The revelation of God’s holiness is to convict us of our sins and reveal the saving grace of God to us.
Also, in answering the question, how does God look like? We have it that God is a three in one Being. He is not a Being that reveals Himself in three different ways but a Being that is made up of three distinct but equal beings. Philippians 2:6-11: Though he was God, He did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. [7]Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; He took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, [8]he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. [9]Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, [10]that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, In heaven and on earth and under the earth, [11]and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, To the glory of God the Father. NLT.

Also, in the original Bible in Genesis 1:1, the word God used is “Elohim” which means “the most powerful God” is in plural form, the singular word is “Eloha”. “Elohim” as a plural word for God in Hebrew always take a singular verb. This shows that we have three Beings operating as one through love that makes them united. Matthew 28:19: Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. NLT.

When the shot is taken,the people are CAPTURED in the photograph taken!!!

Christians are getting prepared,but not all are ready!!!
Some are adjusting their garments waiting for the coming of the lord .
But when the photographer calls then people are getting ready!
When he says say cheese!!! People stand still and there is no movement!
All are in position and they are CAPTURED!!!!
Because ,it is a camera taking the photo handled by a photographer,we say ca-aptured!!!
But the rapture means to be caught up with the lord in the air !!!
1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
The difference slightly is that while the photographer takes a picture and people are CAPTURED in it ,they still disperse on earth after the picture is taken.
But for the rapture,people disappear fr.off the earth surface or vaporize and are RAPTURED.
THE twinkling of an eye is also like the blink of a [camera shutter speed.
Once the light effect takes place,a shot is taken and people are CAPTURED in the photo.

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Eniola Ajao who sparked controversy after awarding Bobrisky ‘Best Dressed Female’ at the premiere of her movie, ‘Ajakaju’ last month, has reacted to the crossdresser’s jail sentence.

DAILY POST reported that Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos, on Friday, sentenced Bobrisky to six months in jail without the option of a fine, for naira mutilation.

If you’re a parent, are you trying to keep your children under lock and key in order to keep them out of trouble? Or if you’re a teacher or Sunday school leader, do you try to impose strict rules? It won’t work. You’re not keeping them out of trouble; you’re simply postponing it. Things like curfews, dress codes, internet use, and checking up on their friends are part of good parenting and good teaching. But when you are not around to guide them, they need sound principles to live by. And those principles can be found in God’s Word: ‘These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.’ (Deuteronomy 6:6-9 NIV).

Isn’t it interesting that each succeeding generation views the previous one as old-fashioned and out of date? And that’s not all bad. Every generation believes there is a better way to do things, and that is the foundation for progress. That’s why getting from Liverpool to New York takes only seven hours by plane instead of three weeks by sailing ship. God’s Word can stand the test of scrutiny. So, instead of shutting them down, invite children to ask questions and challenge assumptions, then help them arrive at solid scriptural convictions to live by. But, Israel has already vowed "a significant response" and its government has often been called one of the most hardline in Israeli history.

It responded to the murderous Hamas-led attacks of 7 October on southern Israel within hours and then spent the next six months battering the Gaza Strip.

Israel's war cabinet is unlikely to leave this direct attack from Iran unanswered, however calibrated and limited its effect has been on the ground.

So what are Israel's options?
It could listen to its neighbours in the region and exercise what is known as "strategic patience", holding off from responding in kind and instead continuing to target Iran's proxy allies in the region such as Hezbollah in Lebanon or military supply sites in Syria, as it has been doing for years. 

Israel could retaliate with a series of similar, carefully calibrated, long-range missile strikes, targeting only those missile bases from which Iran launched last night's attack.

That would still be seen by Iran as an escalation, since it would be the first time Israel had attacked Iran directly, as opposed to hitting its proxy militias around the region. Or, Israel could choose to climb one more rung up the escalatory ladder, by broadening its possible response to include bases, training camps and command-and-control centres belonging to Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guards Corps - the IRGC. Either of the latter two options risk prompting further retaliation by Iran.

The key question here is whether this all drags in the US, leading to a full-scale shooting war between Iran and US forces in the region.

The US has military facilities in all six of the Gulf Arab states, as well as in Syria, Iraq and Jordan.
These could all become targets for Iran's massive stockpile of ballistic and other missiles that it has managed to build up over the years, despite international sanctions.

Iran could also do something it has long threatened to do if attacked: it could try to close the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz, using mines, drones and fast attack craft, choking off nearly a quarter of the world's oil supplies.

This is the nightmare scenario, dragging in the US and the Gulf states into a region-wide war, which many governments are now working around the clock to avoid.
